The ACL offers crisis support for people with mental health or substance use issues and can provide connections to behavioral health resources. 

National Suicide Prevention lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 (TALK). A 24-hour hotline available to anyone in crisis, if you are feeling distress and need to talk to a counselor.

Veterans Crisis Line: 1-800-273-8255 and press 1. Veterans and family members can receive qualified, confidential help 24 hours/7days a week. 

San Diego Consumer-to-Consumer WARM Line at 1-800-930-9276 (WARM). Peer support specialists available 3:30pm-11:00pm 7 days a week.

Trevor Lifeline at 1-866-488-7386. Provides crisis interventions to LGBTQ+ youth and young adults available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Trans Lifeline 877-565-8860. Provides support to trans people in crisis, by the trans community. 

RAINN’s National Sexual Assault Hotline 1-800-656-4673 or online chat at www.hotline.rainn.org. For those in need of support, resources, or information regarding sexual violence 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

BlackLine 1-800-604-5841. Also available as The Blackline App. Provides a space for peer support.
